Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè (/ˈθɪdɪ/ /ˈʤɘlɘ/ [consistent; compatible] [noise; rumor; scandal]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ineg̈èsho Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè was founded by Fyèlêyë Êyëmèj, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 14°C (57°F). Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè receives an average of 236 cm/y (92 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1754 m (5754 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 16th century in spring of the year 1534, by Fyèlêyë Êyëmèj. The establishment of Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Fyèlêyë Êyëmèj electing to pay people to resettle in Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè.
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè is buildings folow an organic layout of premissive packed earth streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The town's political statment focused walls are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
A look around Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had. Everyone quietly goes about their daily business not looking anyone in the eye.
Civic Infrastructure
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè's parks.
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè.

Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè's grid is powered by mana accumulators.
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè's natural decorations nor waterways.
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
In Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.

Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè's is something of a geological and arcane anomaly, as neither physical nor magical law entirely explains its formation.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè was attacked by savage troglodytess living nearby. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè lost 173 people, 265 livestock, and 53 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 138, when members of Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè's militia enacted an operation to break a siege of a particular depot. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with needing to break through the enemy's lines, which ended in victory for Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Thîdî-jêlê Dêtîkè's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
